McFun for Park View McTeacher's

On Wednesday, December 10th, Park View School held a McTeacher’s Night at the McDonald’s in Morton Grove.  Teachers took over the restaurant serving up delicious meals to students and families to raise money for their PTO.  The teachers worked the drive-thru, cleaned the tables, greeted customers, served food, made ice cream cones and even sang for tips!  The Park View teachers had it all covered and everyone had a great time!  The school plans to use the money to go into a fund for future programming for instruments and technology.  A special appearance by Ronald McDonald helped make this fundraiser a memorable evening.  A special thank you goes out to PTO 2nd VP of fundraising, Christine Stancy who organized the entire event.  Ronald McDonald’s appearance was courtesy of Morton Grove McDonald’s owner/operator, Sue Conley.  For more information about events provided by the Morton Grove McDonald’s, contact their Community Relations Director at Julie.travers@comcast.net.  or visit their website at http://www.mcstate.com/4900.
