Meet the Author Series: Kathleen Rooney

Meet the Author, Kathleen Rooney, at the Morton Grove Public Library on March 19 at 2PM.

"It’s the last day of 1984, and 85-year-old Lillian Boxfish is about to take a walk..."

Join us for a reading and discussion with Kathleen Rooney, the author of bestselling Lillian Boxfish Takes A Walk – a smart and charming story about the highest-paid advertising woman of 1930’s (based on a real-life ad woman and author, Margaret Fishback).

We’ll be serving snacks and refreshments, and the author’s books, provided by RoscoeBooks, will be available for purchase and signing.
