Mind/Body Wellness with Yoga
Chair Yoga and Beginner Yoga classes will be available at the Morton Grove Public Library on July 9th and 10th.

Join certified yoga instructor Bri Maloney from North Branch Yoga for a relaxing and invigorating yoga class! There are two different classes available, and you may register for one or more if you would like. The two classes available are: Chair Yoga and Beginner Yoga.
Chair Yoga focuses on breathing, flexibility, and meditation. The seated class is best for those with limited mobility or balance issues. The class takes place on Saturday, July 9th at 9:30 AM and Sunday, July 10th at 1:30 PM. To register: July 9 and July 10
Beginner Yoga works to build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus by learning fundamental yoga postures and principles. Please bring a mat if you have one. Come to participate in Beginner Yoga on Saturday, July 9th at 10:15 AM and Sunday, July 10th at 2:45 PM. To register: July 9 and July 10
