Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce Plans Annual Golf Outing

The Morton Grove’s Chamber of Commerce & Industry is happy to announce the date for the Annual Golf Outing to be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at the Chevy Chase Country Club located at 1000 North Milwaukee Avenue in Wheeling, Illinois. As is has done for many years, the event will feature a day of golf with lunch followed by a cocktail party and dinner. The cocktail party and buffet dinner is also open to those who are not golfing on that day and to allow others to join in on the fun.

Trying something new, the day will begin at 11 am with golfers enjoying an early box lunch before heading out onto the course to play their rounds using a shotgun start. Cocktails and a buffet dinner will wrap up the day starting at 5:30 pm. Those unable to golf can join in the day by attending the cocktail party and dinner.

This event helps to support the Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce which has been involved in promoting local businesses in the village since 1926. Once again in 2015, the MGCCI will donate a portion of the proceeds from the event to support America’s veterans through the charities of American Legion (Post 134 in Morton Grove).
