Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce 35th Annual Golf Outing a Swinging Success!

 On Wednesday June 12th the weather gods were smiling on the Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce members as they gathered at Chevy Chase Golf Club, 1000 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Wheeling, for the Chamber’s 35th Annual Golf Outing. The skies clouded up but soon the sun broke through to give all participants a perfect summer day for a round of golf and fun on a perfect course.

The foursome’s were started out shotgun, and fun was the order of the day, and prizes were awarded to the First, Second and third place foursome’s. The results had the Grear /Lococo foursome finishing in first place, closely followed by the Allstate Matt Mitchell Foursome for second place and rounding out third place was the foursome from Bethany Terrace Nursing Center. 

After a wonderful day on the links, everyone enjoyed cocktails on the patio and a wonderful buffet dinner at Traditions at Chevy Chase Banquets.  The Grand Raffle prize drawing kept everyone on the edge of their seats as they waited to see who would win prizes and finally culminated in the $1,000.00 Grand Prize. Congratulations to Kevin O’Brian from Inland Bank who was the lucky Grand Prize winner this year.
