North Suburban YMCA Hosts First-Ever Craft Fair on November 29
Community invited to be a vendor or shop, discover handmade treasures, and support artisans

Northbrook, IL – October 2026 – The North Suburban YMCA (NSYMCA) is excited to announce its first-ever NSYMCA Craft Fair, taking place on Sunday, November 29, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the North Suburban YMCA, located at 2705 Techny Road in Northbrook. The event will bring together talented artisans, makers, and crafters for an afternoon of shopping, creativity, and community connection.
Visitors will have the opportunity to browse a wide variety of unique handmade items, including artwork, crafts, gifts, home décor, jewelry, seasonal items, and more. Whether shopping for holiday gifts, searching for something special, or simply looking to support creators, attendees are sure to find something unique.
“We are thrilled to introduce the NSYMCA Craft Fair to our community,” said Alex Klitz, Program Administrator for the North Suburban YMCA. “This event is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the incredible creativity and talent of artisans while providing a fun and welcoming shopping experience for families and community members. We hope visitors will discover one-of-a-kind treasures, support small businesses, and enjoy spending time together at the Y.”

Admission is free for NSYMCA members, $5 for non-members, and free for children under 12. The event is open to the public and welcomes shoppers of all ages.
In addition to welcoming shoppers, the NSYMCA is currently seeking artisans, crafters, makers, and small businesses to participate in the event. Vendor tables and display spaces are available for as little as $20, making it an affordable opportunity to promote products, share creative talents, and connect with the community.
