Pool, Mini-Golf, Golf Still Open Labor Day and Beyond

Outdoor park district activities remain open even though school has started.

School may have started, but Niles Park District outdoor facilities are still open through the Labor Day weekend, and some until December 1.

Here are some ideas for Labor Day and beyond:

  • is in post season hours through Monday, Sept. 5.  Monday-Friday 4 to 8 p.m.; Saturday & Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Labor Day 11 a.m.to 6 p.m.  7877 N.  Milwaukee Avenue, Niles.
  • is open seven days a week, sunrise to sunset, through December 1, weather permitting.  On Sunday evenings after 4:30 p.m., Tam O’Shanter has Family Golf Nights.  Two children play free when accompanied by a paying adult.  6700 W. Howard Street, Niles.
  • is in Fall Hours. It's open through October 30.  Monday-Friday 5 to 9 p.m.; Saturday & Sunday Noon to 9 p.m.  7135 N. Harlem Avenue, Niles.
  • Registration is going on for Niles Park District Fall classes.  Please visit the website, or pick up the Fall Fun Guide at park district facilities.
