The Regina Dominican Leadership Institute will host a leadership luncheon on March 27 at the Union League Club. The Leadership Institute supports innovative practices designed to prepare Regina Dominican students to be engaged citizens of the world and to become leaders in a changing and diverse global community.
The keynote speaker will be Connie Duckworth, Founder and CEO, ARZU Studio Hope. ARZU, which means hope, is an innovative model for sustainable poverty alleviation achieved by empowering Afghan women though artisan-based employment, education, and maternal healthcare.
The luncheon will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Union League Club of Chicago at 65 West Jackson Blvd. The cost of $75 per person will benefit the Regina Dominican Leadership Institute and the Women and Children of ARZU.
