SJB Represents Promote New Concert Series at Oak Brook Event
At the Annual Relevant Radio luncheon held April 16 in Oak Brook, Music Director Marek Rachelski of St. John Brebeuf in Niles, right, had a chance to chat with the Rev. Francis Hoffman better known as Father Rocky.
Father Hoffman is the Executive Director of Relevant Radio (RR), a national network of radio stations dedicated to talk about the Catholic faith. Father Rocky has a show on RR and has a Facebook following exceeding 1.8 million.
Marek and SJB Deacon Larry Skaja were on hand to promote the upcoming Musica Lumina concert series that begins in September. Still in development, the series will again feature eight stirring performances highlighted by annual traditional favorites such as the Handel’s Messiah with the Niles Metropolitan Chorus and the Musica Lumina Chamber Orchestra.
