NILES, IL — A Des Plaines man with a warrant from Mount Prospect was arrested last week after fleeing police following a report of a hit-and-run and in Niles, police said. Police had been called to the intersection of Dempster Street and Western Avenue for a report of a traffic crash where one of the drivers had left the scene without providing any information.
David K. Jackson, 42, of the 300 block of Oak Trails Road, Des Plaines, was arrested at 2:44 p.m. on Feb. 11 and charged with fleeing and attempting to elude police and driving with revoked license.
