4 Charged When Cops Breakup Underage Drinking Party

Four teenagers face charges in relation to an alleged underage drinking party that occurred in the 1700 block of Tudor early Saturday morning.

Officers were called to the scene on a report of people breaking bottles on the street. After arriving, they charged two Northbrook 19-year-old men and one 18-year-old with consumption of alcohol by non-age and another 18-year-old with possession of drug paraphernalia.
