4 Charged in Willow Road Car Burglary
A witness said someone broke a car window, stole a briefcase and fled in a gold minivan.

Four people, all with the same Chicago address, were charged with theft and possession of stolen property on Nov. 27 at 3:04 p.m. after one of them allegedly broke a car window to steal a briefcase.
According to a police report, someone saw a man take something from a white 2013 Lincoln in the 1100 block of Willow Road after breaking a window and left in a gold minivan.
When stopped soon after in Glenview, the four occupants of the vehicle ran but were detained a few houses away before the victim positively identified the briefcase located inside the mini-van as his.

Charged in the incident were Yinnia Cortes, 28; Jose Garcia, 25; Michael Pinilla, 24 and Armando Contreras, 31.
