Alzheimer's Facility to Open in Glenview Next Year
Emerald Place will take shape on Chestnut Avenue in 2016.

A residential care center for people with Alzheimer’s is expected to open in Glenview by the end of 2016.
Plans are in place for Emerald Care to open on the current site of a defunct warehouse at 1879 Chestnut Ave., according to the Chicago Tribune. The two-story facility will house up to 80 residents in suites equipped with “smart” technology.
The facility is one of several planned to open in the near future by Anthem Memory Care. This project is expected to cost $15 million.
