Martin Sarmiento and Ryan Shanahan, both of Northbrook’s 60062 ZIP code, earned Faculty Honors for the spring 2026 semester at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

The distinction is awarded to undergraduate students who earn a 4.0 academic average for the semester.

University Of Wisconsin-Whitewater

Thomas Corfield, of Northbrook, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in international studies from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

The university held its spring 2026 commencement ceremonies in May.

Four Northbrook students graduated from the University of Tampa during its 162nd commencement ceremony May 9:
