North Suburban YMCA Launches First-Ever Card Show on October 25th

Northbrook, IL – The North Suburban YMCA is excited to announce its first-ever NSYMCA Card Show, taking place on Sunday, October 25, from 1:30–4:30 p.m. at the YMCA, located at 2705 Techny Road in Northbrook.

Designed for collectors, hobbyists, families, and enthusiasts of all ages, the event will feature vendors showcasing sports cards, Pokémon cards, trading card games (TCG), memorabilia, and other collectibles. The Card Show aims to bring together the growing collector community while creating a fun and engaging experience for attendees.

The YMCA is currently seeking vendors interested in participating in the event. Vendor tables are available for only $40, and a special Kids Corner section allows young collectors ages 10 and under to reserve a table for $10 to buy, sell, trade, and display their collections. All vendors will get one 6' table and a chair to showcase and sell their items. If you want to come as a guest, there is no entry fee for Y members and a $5 entry fee per person for non-members. As guests, you can come brows, trade or purchase items available.

"We are excited to introduce this new event to our community and provide a space where collectors can connect, share their passion, and discover new treasures," said Ricky Gonzalez, Senior Director of Camp and Youth Programs at the North Suburban YMCA. "Whether you're a longtime collector, just getting started, or looking for a family-friendly afternoon activity, the Card Show will offer something for everyone."

Community members are encouraged to help spread the word by sharing information with collectors, local hobby shops, vendors, and anyone interested in exhibiting at the event.
