NORTHBROOK, ll (March 21, 2013)-Philip Boyd and Mark Raccuia of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT earned the award for 2012 Number One Sales Professional in the state of Illinois. Based on their transaction revenue for 2012, they also earned the Silver Level Circle of Distinction Award. Additionally,the team was recognized as one of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s® 2012 “Top Two,” a designation that is reserved for the elite top two percent of producers from among the almost 2,600 CBC sales professionals organization-wide. This was both Boyd and Raccuia’s first year with the company.
