Armed Robbery Reported At Fifth Third Bank: Northbrook Police

NORTHBROOK, IL — An armed robbery occurred at a Fifth Third Bank location on Monday afternoon, according to police. The incident at 240 Skokie Blvd. occurred at around 12:06 p.m.

Police said two men entered the business, approached a teller and demanded money while brandishing a gun. The subjects then fled with the money in an unknown direction. Police did not release the amount of money taken.

There were no injuries reported and there is no immediate threat to the public, according to police.
