Parnow is a fully certified mechanic with decades of experience and more than 30 automotive industry awards including Award winning Customer Service receipt from Toyota Motor Sales. Parnow is the former Master Gold Service and Parts Director with General Motors. He resides in Aurora with his family. His interest includes rebuilding old vehicles and reading extensively to expand his capabilities personally and professionally.

Norris joins the dealerships with two years automotive experience with a commitment to excellence. MMA (mixed martial arts) fans might know him as, Damian “Pretty Boy” Norris, with hopes of achieving a championship. Norris is heavily involved with nonprofit organizations such as breast cancer awareness and helping children in need through his charity fundraisers. Norris resides in Bloomingdale with his two dogs.
