Kommunalka: A Russian Comedy with English Translation

Bravo Theater, a bilingual nonprofit theater company from Buffalo Grove, presents the premiere of Kommunalka (Communal Paradise), a comedy based on the classic stories of Mikhail Zoshchenko. One kitchen, one phone in the hallway, one line for the bathroom, and a dozen neighbors with an opinion on everything: step into a Soviet communal apartment where every door hides a story. Performed in Russian with English audio translation through headsets, so English speakers can follow every joke. Ages 13+. Reserved seating; tickets from $40, and $10 less online than at the door. A second performance is on Sunday, Nov 15 at 6 PM.
