Car Windows Smashed at Northbrook Court
Air conditioning stolen from Park Drive residence.

WARRANT ARREST
Jose R. Ortega, 30, Detroit was taken in on a driving while revoked warrant on June 4. Northbrook officers responded to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office to take into custody a subject wanted on an outstanding BFW warrant for revoked driving.

SUSPENDED DRIVER’S LICENSE
Derrick I. Igbo, 25, Bolingbrook was stopped at Techny and Shermer roads at 3:25 p.m. on June 5 and charged with suspended registration, no insurance and driving while license suspended. Officers stopped the vehicle for a traffic violation.

THEFT
A victim in the 300 block of Park Drive reported that offenders removed the copper piping to their air conditioning unit to the residence sometime between May 15 and 23. The house had been vacant during that week. The victim estimated the cost to repair the damage at $1,000.
BURGLARY TO VEHICLE
Northbrook Court Security located a black Acura with the window smashed out at 4:51 p.m. on June 7. The vehicle occupants were located and reported that two purses that were left on the passenger seat were stolen. A credit card in one of the purses was used to make unauthorized purchases.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED
Antonio Rios, 22, Chicago was charged with driving while license suspended and failure to reduce speed after officers responded to an auto accident in the 900 block of Dundee Rd. at 7:23 a.m. on June 11.
