Ciesla Set To Deliver State Of The Village Wednesday In Northbrook

The village president will speak at an event hosted by the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce.

NORTHBROOK, IL — An annual tradition for the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce is scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday when Village President Kathryn Ciesla delivers the State of the Village.

The event will be held in-person at the Northbrook Library, 1201 Cedar Lane. For the last two years, the address was held virtually.

Ciesla will share insights on topics of local interest, including topics of particular interest to the business community like a retail demographic profile, sales tax data, and a look at what’s to come in 2023, according to Northbrook Assistant Village Manager Madeline Farrell.

Attendees will also experience the unveiling of the new branding created as part of the Village’s Community Identity project.

There will be an informal coffee for Chamber members and Village officials at 8:30 a.m. preceding the speech, sponsored by Sunset Foods.
