Maisch Makes Dean's List At Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

Adam Maisch, a 2023 graduate of Glenbrook North, was recently named to the dean's honor list for his first semester at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Maisch earned a GPA of at least 3.5 to achieve the honor. He is majoring in physics.

Northbrook Residents Named To Fall 2023 Dean's List At Carthage College

Congratulations to the students who have been named to the Carthage College Fall 2023 Dean's List in recognition of their outstanding academic achievement! Dean's List honors are accorded to Carthage students who achieve a minimum 3.5 grade-point average while carrying at least 12 letter-graded credits in a given semester. Students from Northbrook named to the list include:

Nazareth University Student Jacobs Earns Fall 2023 Dean's List Honors

Nazareth University is proud to announce that Emma Jacobs, of Northbrook, has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2023 semester. A student's grade point average must be at least 3.5 or above, and they must complete 12 credit hours of graded work that semester in order to be included on the dean's list at Nazareth.

University Of Iowa Awards Degrees To Northbrook Residents

The University of Iowa awarded nearly 1,700 undergraduate, graduate and professional students degrees at the close of the 2023 fall semester. Thirteen percent of the undergraduates graduated with multiple degrees - a 2 percent increase over a year ago - and, as a group, undergraduates posted a cumulative GPA of 3.22 - another year-over-year increase - during their stay at Iowa. The oldest degree recipient was 72 years ago; the youngest 18. Students from Northbrook earning degrees include:

Geake Named To Fall 2023 Lincoln Memorial University Dean's List

Kevin Geake, of Northbrook, was named to the Lincoln Memorial University Dean's List for the Fall 2023 semester. To be placed on the Dean's List the student must be a full-time undergraduate and have a 3.5 or higher grade-point average for the semester. A total of 688 students were recognized for outstanding academic performance.
