Shavitz Named To MSOE Dean's List With High Honors.

Carter Shavitz, from Northbrook, was named to the Milwaukee School of Engineering's Dean's List with High Honors for the 2023 Spring Quarter. Shavitz is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Undergraduate students who have earned at least 30 credits and have a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher (out of 4.0) are on the Dean's List. Students who have maintained a 3.70 or higher receive "high honors."

Slipchenko Named To Dean's List at Lehigh University

Dean's List status, which is awarded to students who earned a scholastic average of 3.6 or better while carrying at least 12 hours of regularly graded courses, has been granted to Illia Slipchenko, of Northbrook, in the Spring 2023 semester.

Gaty Named To MSOE Honors List For Spring Quarter 2023

William Gaty, from Northbrook, was named to the Milwaukee School of Engineering's Honors List for the 2023 Spring Quarter. Gaty is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Undergraduate students who have earned a GPA of 3.20 or higher (out of 4.0) for this quarter are on the Honors List.

Northbrook Students Named To Dean's List At Iowa State University

Iowa State University recently announced students who made the dean's list for the spring 2023 semester. Each semester, the university issues a Dean's List comprised of those students who have carried at least 12-credit hours of graded or S-F courses with a 3.50 GPA or above for the semester. Local students from Northbrook include:

• Priscilla Lee, Kinesiology and Health
• Isabella Maria Freebairn, Chemistry
• Jacob David Fields, Landscape Architecture

Dean's, President's Lists Students Named for UA Fall 2022 Term

A total of 12,791 students enrolled during Fall Semester 2022 at The University of Alabama were named to the dean's list with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the president's list with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's). These driven students are making waves across UA's more than 70 undergraduate programs and 12 colleges and schools. The UA dean's and president's lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.
The 2022 fall lists include the following Northbrook students:
