Pierre named to dean's list at Union College
Jack Pierre, of Northbrook, recently made the dean's list. He is a member of the class of 2021, majoring in economics. Comprised annually, the Union College Dean's List honors students who have a grade point average of 3.5 for the entire academic year and meet certain other requirements.

Local students graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology

Rochester Institute of Technology conferred some 4,000 degrees at all of its campuses in the 2019-2020 academic year. A virtual celebration was held May 8 at rit.edu/classof2020. The following local residents received degrees:
- Michelle Kim, of Northbrook, received a BFA in graphic design.
- Nicholas Petreikis, of Northbrook, received a BS in microelectronic engineering.
