The new facility is on target to be completed on time and under budget, administrators said.

NORTHBROOK, IL — Administrators and staff from Maple School and Northbrook/Glenview District 30 toured the interior of the new, three-story Maple School building Wednesday, led by Superintendent Brian Wegley, Principal Nate Carter and Assistant Principal Betty Holzkopf. The new building is due to be ready in September 2019 for the start of classes, according to the district.

In a letter to district parents ahead of winter break, Wegley said he was proud of the continued progress being made on the school.

"Thank you to our leadership team and to the many members of our staff, board, and community who have provided input into this important project. As a result of this collaboration, our flexible, state-of-the-art facility remains on schedule and within budget," Wegley said. "We are excited for our students and staff to begin enjoying the benefits of this new facility in the fall of 2019."
