District 31 Middle School Students Recognized By Principal Group
The eighth-grade students from Northbrook's Field Middle School were honored by the North Cook Region of Illinois Principals Association.

NORTHBROOK, IL — Dev Gandhi and Cadence Moore, eighth-graders at Northbrook's Field Middle School, were recently awarded a special recognition from the North Cook Region of the Illinois Principals Association.
Dr. April Miller, principal of Field, in her role as an IPA member selected the pair for the honor with assistance from eighth-grade teachers and staff. According to IPA, the recognition is an "opportunity to honor a student who shows responsible behavior, demonstrates pride, dignity, and respect in personal conduct and relations with others, exhibits dedication to school, staff and fellow students, and is a positive person to know."
Miller and the students attended the IPA's ninth annual student recognition breakfast last Friday at Belvedere Banquets in Elk Grove Village. The IPA recognized both Gandhi and Moore, and presented them with a certificate to celebrate their achievements, according to West Northfield District 31.
