Donations Sought for Northbrook-based Charity
Gear for Goals promotes the joy of youth sports across the world.

A Northbrook-based youth charity organization continues its mission to bring the love of sports to children worldwide.
Beginning in 2012, Gear for Goals has worked on that goal by “working with local leaders in Kenya to bring Mt. Kilimanjaro Little League baseball to East Africa,” according to a community bulletin posted in the Chicago Tribune.
“Mt. Kilimanjaro Little League is a sanctioned little league through Little League International and is open to both girls and boys, currently boasting two all girls teams and four all boys teams.”
