The Y will host its annual Mini Indoor Triathlon on Sunday, March 4 beginning at 7:00 am. Using the pool, cycle bikes and treadmills, participants will swim for 10 minutes, bike for 20 and run for 15. Earn your NSYMCA Triathlon tech shirt!
