Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter will host The Memorial Golf Tournament on Tuesday, August 16 at The Glen Club. Since 2003, this tournament has brought supporters together for a day of enjoyable competition and the opportunity to support an important cause—comprehensive services for those in our community facing serious illness, the end of life or the death of a loved one.
Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. • Practice range opens at 10:30 a.m.
Lunch at 11 a.m. • Instruction from PGA professionals at noon.

Shotgun start at 1 p.m.
Awards and cocktails at 6 p.m., followed by dinner and a silent auction.

Cost to golf is $1000 per golfer, $3500 for a foursome, or you can come out for dinner only (dinner tickets are $100 each). Space is limited.
