Flamingo Friday Set To Kick Off At Northbrook Village Hall

NORTHBROOK, IL — While summer is still a little more than a month away, events like Northbrook's Flamingo Friday make it feel like it's already here. The Flamingo Friday Kickoff is planned for 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, at Village Hall, 1225 Cedar Lane.

According to the Village, there will be music, food, giveaways, neighbors, and of course flamingos. Every Friday evening from Memorial Day through Labor Day, residents are invited to host flamingo parties in their neighborhood.

"These gatherings are the perfect opportunity for residents — both new and old — to make friends, meet people, or just reconnect with their neighbors," the Village says on its website.
