Florida Man Charged With Selling Magazines Without Permit

A Florida man selling magazine subscriptions is charged with not having a permit to do so.

Police reports indicate Xavier Terry Willis, 23, Miami was charged with solicitation without a permit at 5:30 p.m. on April 29 in the 2400 block of Auburn in Northbrook.

A complaint came in to police, who quickly located Willis and confirmed he did not have a permit to sell the magazines. He was issued a local ordinance citation and released at the scene.
