Northbrook Village President Sandy Frum will be the keynote speaker at the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce State of the Village luncheon on Wednesday, January 14 at Marcello’s, 1911 Cherry Lane in downtown Northbrook from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Frum will discuss major issues facing the Village of Northbrook, and reflect on some of the recent accomplishments along with the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
