GBN Associate Principal Ready for Top Job
John Finan's knowledge of school culture will be a benefit, superintendent says.
After seven years as associate principal of administrative services at Glenbrook North High School, John Finan will become the school’s principal come July.
Having successful stints at previous positions at Fenwick High School in Oak Park and Harper College in Palatine, Finan’s career was highlighted recently by the Northbrook Star.
Among the praise for the soon-to-be-principal came from District 225 Superintendent Michael Riggle, who said Finan’s “knowledge of the GBN culture, people and traditions make him an asset to the Spartan community.”
