Goldfish Swim School Opening In Northbrook

The water safety and swim lesson school is holding a free family swim and grand opening at its newest suburban location.

NORTHBROOK, IL — A new swim school is opening up in Northbrook this month, as Goldfish Swim School opens its eleventh Illinois location and second in the north suburbs. The school provides classes to children from 4-month-olds to 12-year-olds, promising highly trained instructors, a maximum student to teacher ratio of four to one, 90-degree pools. There's also weekly family swims, party packages, a snack bar and a retail shop, the company said in a news release.

The general manager of the new Northbrook location at 3101 Dundee Rd. is Jimmy Gray. He said he's exited to be a part of the school's expansion.

“I have had a wonderful experience working in our Mundelein facility for the past two years," Gray said. "I know that the Goldfish Swim School model is the best one out there and I’m excited to bring our curriculum and programs to our brand new, state-of-the-art swimming facility here in Northbrook."
