Halloween 2023: Northbrook Announces Trick-Or-Treating Hours

NORTHBROOK, IL — With Halloween a little over a month away, residents can start planning whether they have little ones going out to trick-or-treat or they need to head to the store for some candy.

For those who choose to participate in the holiday on Tuesday, Oct. 31, the Village of Northbrook is holding trick-or-treating hours between 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

If you would like to alert trick-or-treaters of your household's participation, download one of the Village's signs below to display on your front door.

After the holiday, the Northbrook Pumpkin Smash is the perfect opportunity to get rid of your pumpkins. The event will be held on Saturday, Nov. 4, at the Northbrook Court's parking lot near Neiman Marcus. According to the Village, community members can toss pumpkins for composting, play games, meet some creepy crawlers, and learn about the benefits of organic waste recycling.
