NORTHBROOK, IL — With the holiday season quickly coming to a close, many residents are now looking for ways to get rid of their extra and unwanted lights after taking them down. Now, through Jan. 31, 2023, residents have several recycling options in Northbrook, including:

  • Village Hall lobby, 1225 Cedar Lane, Northbrook (between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays)
  • Fleet Maintenance Garage behind Village Hall (between 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays)
  • Regular electronics recycling events on first Tuesday and Saturday of the month
