NORTHBROOK, IL — If you're looking to clean out your home for the end of summer, the Northbrook Park District might be able to help. The inaugural outdoor Summer Flea Market will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of the Leisure Center, 3323 Walters Ave.
"Downsizing? Moving? Why not make a profit!" said Nancy Eschker, NPD recreation manager. "We are looking forward to the community joining us as households clean out their basements and closets."
According to officials, the vendor fee for the Summer Flea Market is $29 for residents and $39 for nonresidents. This fee includes an 8-foot table, two chairs and two marked parking spaces.
