Driving on a suspended license
Hillary L. Sider, 27, of West Hollywood, FL, was stopped for a traffic violation in the 3900 block of Dundee Road March 4 at 7 p.m. Officers learned that her driver’s license was suspended. She was released on $1,500 bond.

Missing jewelry box items
A resident reported discovering items missing from a jewelry box in her home in the 2900 block of Walters Ave.

Safety deposit box breached
A victim stated that he discovered items missing from safety deposit box in the 900 block of Skokie Highway.
Package goes missing
A resident of the 1700 block of Tudor had a package delivered March 7 and left at the front door. The resident was unable to locate it when informed of the delivery
Accident leads to arrest
Officers responded to a report of an auto accident just before midnight March 7 at Shermer Road and Valencia Drive. Officers learned that Hector Sanchez-Cruz’s Illinois license was suspended. Sanchez-Cruz, 36, of Wheeling, was processed on charges of failure to yield to avoid an accident, driving with a suspended license and no insurance.
Identity theft
A resident reported that he discovered that his credit cards had been used without his permission.
