Lew Blond Run Receives Donation From Partnership Financial Credit
The Lew Blond Run Board of Directors appreciates everyone's continued support of the 20th-anniversary Lew Blond Memorial 5K Run/Walk event.

On July 7, Maple School Principal Sam Kurtz visited Partnership Financial Credit Union in Des Plaines, where he received a generous donation for the 2021 Lew Blond Run. Chief Executive Officer Mary Ann Pusateri, with Office Manager Cindy Kopczyk, presented Mr. Kurtz with a check, which makes this company an esteemed sponsor of next year's event.

"Thank you for your kind and generous donation to our Lew Blond Run, which supports Lou Gehrig's Disease (ALS) research through the Les Turner ALS Foundation, District 30 schools, and high school scholarships," said Mr. Kurtz.
On Partnership Financial Credit Union's Facebook page, it states, "We are proud to be able to continue our unwavering commitment to education and watch these outstanding children reach their full potential!"

Due to the ever-changing COVID-19 situation, the Lew Blond Run's 20th-anniversary date was changed to be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Maple School. The safety and well being of race participants, event staff, and the community are of our utmost priority.
