Major Chunk of Sky Harbor Business Park Sold

Seven office condominiums in the Sky Harbor Business Park complex were recently sold, REJournals.com reports.

The seller, Millennium Properties, unloaded a total of 19,567 square feet  - the majority of the Northbrook complex at 304 Wainwright.

“The seven units Millennium sold ranged from vanilla-box condition to move-in ready with two units leased at the time of sale,” REJournals.com wrote.

The purchaser, Millennium Properties President Daniel J. Hyman said, was a “medical user who intends to occupy several units and lease the rest of the space.”
