Man Tried To Record Up Woman's Skirt In Northbrook Mariano's: Cop

After the shopper called police, investigators reviewed the security footage and arrested a 25-year-old Lindenhurst man.

NORTHBROOK, IL — A Lindenhurst man was arrested last Friday after allegedly trying to tape up the skirt of a woman who was shopping at a Northbrook grocery store last month.

Christopher P. Krol, 25, of the 400 block of S. Thornwood Drive, Lindenhurst, turned himself in on charges of disorderly conduct and attempted unauthorized video recording, both misdemeanors, on Oct. 6 at 2 p.m.

Police said he was reportedly seen on store security footage using his cell phone to take video underneath the skirt of a woman inside the Mariano's in the 700 block of Skokie Boulevard on Sept. 19.
