On March 1st: 'Unlocking the Master System in Your Body' at Five Seasons Northbrook
Free session from Wilmette chiropractor seeks to educate, empower people regarding their health at family-focused sports club
A local chiropractor will be leading a free session called “Unlocking the Master System in Your Body” on Tuesday, March 1st at Five Seasons Family Sports Club in Northbrook.
Dr. Ben Duke, founder of Elite Wellness in Wilmette, speaks from 7 to 7:30 p.m., with a brief question-and-answer following at the club, 1300 Techny Road. The program’s emphasis is educating people to keep their wellness in their own hands, he said.
“My goal is to inspire action steps that are simple and proactive,” Duke added. “The baseline knowledge, alone, will help anyone who attends gain a better grasp of their own health and wellness.”
