Is your sweet tooth just a bit too sweet?

On Wednesday, March 9th, two wellness consultants will be leading a presentation, The Sugar Detox, at Five Seasons Family Sports Club in Northbrook.

The one-hour session led by Anna Micun and Zoe Stuart begins at 6:30 p.m. in the café of the club, 1300 Techny Road. They will provide tools to help with eliminating sugar spikes and crashes, stopping the fat storage cycle, balancing energy and mood, using fat as a source of fuel, and reducing potential disease.
