On May 4th, Chiropractor Brings 'Secret to Advanced Healing' to Five Seasons Northbrook

On Monday, May 4th, a top chiropractor is leading a free workshop, “The Secret to Advanced Healing,” at Five Seasons Family Sports Club in Northbrook.

Dr. Jose Aguilar shares natural methods to heal the body and to stay healthy during the one-hour session, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at the club, 1300 Techny Road.

Among the topics that Aguilar will cover are sick care versus health care, the true purpose of pain and the characteristics of genuine health.

“The evening is also a way to bring the health-conscious together to socialize, share stories, and give each other health tips and motivation,” said Aguilar, the owner of Northbrook-based Helping Hands Massage & Chiropractic.
