Mediterranean Restaurant Opens in Northbrook

Northbrook has a new option for mediterranean foods with the opening of Roti Modern Mediterranean at 798 Skokie Boulevard on Thursday.

A fast-casual restaurant with a devotion to natural ingredients such as organic chickpeas and sustainable meats, Roti’s Northbrook location is the first of its 22 nationwide to introduce a slew of new menu options such as grass-fed beef, lamb meatballs and red lentil soup.

With eight other locations in Chicagoland, Roti has become known for its sandwiches, salads, rice plates and traditional Mediterranean side dishes including falafel, hummus and cous-cous.
