Model Home Under Construction, Lush Landscaping Installed at Single-Family-Home Community Anets Woods in Northbrook

Anets Woods, a new community of 32 maintenance-free luxury single-family homes under construction by Edward R. James Companies at 1230 Voltz Road in Northbrook, is taking shape as the community’s entrance has recently been completed with the installation of lush landscaping and Pennsylvania fieldstone. A model home is also under construction at the community.

Since January, the developer’s land planning, landscape contractor and masonry teams have been busy bringing the community to life with the entry hardscape, including Pennsylvania fieldstone walls and cedar split-rail fence; the installation of large evergreens other deciduous trees; and beautiful landscaping details such as flowers, shrubs and large decorative boulders.

Several of the homes include a look-out or walk-out basement, with partial look- or walk-out basements for the remaining homes.
