New Townhome Community To Open in Downtown Northbrook

Deerfield-based The Jacobs Companies and its exclusive sales and marketing firm, @properties, are set to unveil Gateway Northbrook, a new-construction, maintenance-free townhome community in downtown Northbrook. The grand opening will begin with a VIP reception on Thurs., Oct. 17, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., and will be followed by open houses for the public on Sat., Oct. 19 and Sun., Oct. 20, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Residences feature 9’ ceilings on the main and lower levels, Bosch stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops, Kohler bath fixtures, oak wood flooring, and 42” custom maple cabinets in a choice of colors. The brick exteriors are complemented by limestone trim and Pella bay windows.
