Northbrook Chamber Set To Honor Local Businesses at Annual Awards Dinner
The event, themed "The Magic of Business," will recognize companies and individuals for their innovation, growth, and community service.

NORTHBROOK, IL — With its theme "The Magic of Business," the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce's annual meeting and business awards dinner will honor companies and individuals for their innovation, growth and community service.
The event is scheduled for 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. March 9, at the Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel.
According to the Chamber, award recipients include UL Solutions Global Fire Science Center of Excellence, which has been named "Northbrook Business of the Year." This center represents one of the largest laboratory investments in UL Solutions' history. It is designed to evaluate fire safety products for global customers, including water-saving extinguishing systems and energy-efficient designs.

ProAuto, located in Morton Grove, will receive the "Corporate Citizen of the Year" award. Owners Lee and Julie Hardegree are recognized for their customer service and support of community initiatives, particularly those serving individuals with disabilities.
School of Rock Glenbrook, owned by Amy Renzulli, has been named "Franchise of the Year." Since its 2020 opening, the franchise has grown to 185 students and 21 employees, earning the School of Rock Headliner Award for 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Sweet Melissa Media, founded by Melissa Levine, will be honored as "Emerging Business of the Year." The company specializes in social media and marketing for local restaurants and retailers.
Ron Goldblatt, owner of NorthShore Loyalty, will be recognized as "Chamber Volunteer of the Year" for his efforts in connecting the Chamber with area businesses and his work on fundraising committees.
The event will also feature a cocktail hour with business leaders and the installation of the Chamber's board of directors. A preview of the organization's programs and initiatives for the coming year is also planned.
