Northbrook Days Brings Thousands to Village Green

Officials of the Northbrook Days festival that brought more than 30,000 people to Village Green during the five-day event are hoping the festivities from this year’s event raise $110,000 for the Northbrook Civic Foundation and the community.

“We’re excited about meeting our goals, and without volunteers this festival just could not exist,” said Matt Settler co-chair of Northbrook Days with colleague Sandie Huberty of Northbrook told the Northbrook Star.

With 16 rides and attractions, including music, food, designated special needs access, games and bocce being offered, both organizers say the amount raised should be more than the $90,000 raised last year.
