Northbrook Days, Wednesday July 31 through Sunday August 4, will be at Northbrook Court in the parking lot next to the recently-vacated Macy's. The park district recently decided that the event was too hard on the vegetation and the Civic committee had to scramble to find an alternate location. Northbrook Court management came to the rescue.
Northbrook Days is run by the Northbrook Civic Foundation whose members are all volunteers. The core committee is working feverishly to make this event successful in spite of not having the beautiful Village Green Park. They deserve our support. Besides, the profits all go back into the community. So, c'mon out and bring the family for all your favorite food, rides and free entertainment!
